2007 Mazda 5

The 2007 Mazda 5 us a car that combines the characteristics of a sports car with the functionality and features of an SUV. Targeting an audience of young professionals, the 2007 Mazda 5 is available in three levels – Touring, Sport, and the new Grand Touring versions.

The 2007 model sees few changes over the previous releases. The wedge shaped that is characteristic of the series has been kept intact, as has the raked windshield.

The car also provides enhanced safety features like electronic brake force distribution, front seat side impact airbags, along with side curtain airbags that protect all three rows of passengers.

Cruise control, CD Stereo, power locks and windows come as standard features on the 2007 Mazda 5 sports model, as does a large speedometer dial that accentuates the dashboard.

The car sports a 2.3 liter engine that produces around 153 hp and comes with the option of a 4 speed automatic shift, or a five speed manual transmission.

2006 Mazda 5

Produced to appeal to a target audience of young professionals, the 2006 Mazda 5 has a nice, wedge shape which is accentuated by a raked windshield. The car is known to provide excellent comfort, and has a spacious interior with flexible seating that can be changed to suit the passengers needs.

The concept of tiered seating allows for more room and leg space, while the large sliding doors makes it easier to access the car. After some research, the company has raised the center of the dash to ensure that controls are easy to reach at all times. This also provides excellent visibility for the instrument panel.

The 2006 Mazda 5 sports model also comes with a CD stereo, power windows and cruise control as standard features. The car is powered by a 2.3 liter engine, and gives an output of 157 hp, generating torque of around 148 pounds-feet.
