'07 Mazda 5

Smaller and lighter than any other minivan in the US markets today, Mazda reintroduced their popular Mazda 5 series by bringing out the 2007 Mazda 5. This is one of the few vehicles to follow on the concept of the ‘space wagon’.

Despite the smaller size, the Mazda 5 has all the capabilities of a true minivan. Two rear sliding doors can be opened with a single button. There is seating for up to six passengers in collapsible second and third row seats.

The 2007 Mazda 5 has a very confident and competent road demeanor and is highly entertaining to be in or drive. The four cylinder engine also promises a very good mileage on automatic transmission.

'06 Mazda 5

In the year 2006, Mazda dived into a completely new platform of vehicles and introduced the 5 series, a compact minivan that is very economical. Much bigger than the Mazda 3 series, the 2006 Mazda 5 is much smaller than most other minivans in the US markets today.

In terms of amenities, however, the 2006 Mazda 5 has a lot to offer. The two sliding rear doors can be controlled by a single button. The seats in the second row are collapsible.

There is also a cargo area in the form of the collapsible third row seats, providing an approximate volume of 44 cubic feet. For safety, there are front side airbags and side collision airbags for upper body parts.
